Refund policy

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products, and you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible.

Eligibility for Return

  • Only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for return.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Report a Damaged Product

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please fill out ourΒ Contact FormΒ and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Video proof of opening package and get damaged item.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, etc.).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
